- Acting - with in entertainment acting may be one of the hardest things to master as you have to make the audience empathetic towards you as the character. There are so many different forms of acting that when preparing for a performance you need to consider whether it is suppose to be comedy, drama etc. then you need to think about how you are going to get the audience to think and feel how you want them to while you are acting. If it is a play or you are doing a piece with a group of people group exercises before going in front of the audience are very good as they help the group communicate with each other, especially if they have never met before. One of these group exercises includes standing in a circle and it starts with one person throwing an imaginary ball to a person of their choice and whilst throwing the ball they have to make an original noise. This helps the group in the way they have to keep eye contact with each other and it helps free up your speech, it also helps raise the morale of the group before performing.
